Daizee App Privacy Notice

Your wellbeing. Your information. Your privacy.

Version: Draft 1.0 | Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. About Daizee and this privacy notice
Welcome to Daizee!
Daizee is a wellbeing app designed to support young people as they grow, develop
and learn more about their bodies.
Our app helps users track their moods, menstrual cycles and symptoms, understand
changes in their bodies, and access information to support them through their
pre/teenage years.
We know that growing up can bring lots of questions and new experiences. We also
know that information about your health, body and experiences is personal.

That's why protecting your privacy is important to us.
This notice explains:
● What information we collect about you.
● Why we collect it and how we use it.
● Who we might share it with.
● How long we keep it.
● Your rights and choices.
● How to contact us if you have questions.

We've written this notice to be understandable to teenagers and their parents or
carers.

2. Children, young people and parental consent
Daizee is designed with young people in mind.
We understand that children and teenagers deserve extra protection when using
apps, especially when sharing information about their health and wellbeing.
Under UK data protection law, children aged 13 and over may be able to provide
their own consent for certain online services. Where a user is under 13 and we rely
on consent for an online service, appropriate parental or guardian consent is
required.

18 October 2026 2
Because Daizee processes sensitive health information, we must also make sure
that any consent we rely on is valid and that users understand what they are
agreeing to.
Where parental involvement is required, we will explain what information is collected
and why it is needed.
‍
We aim to follow the ICO Children's
Code and put children & their best interests at the heart of how Daizee is designed.

trends in teenage health and development.
‍
For example, information about symptoms and menstrual cycles may help us identify
patterns and understand the experiences of young people as they grow.
Our original approach is to use anonymous statistics for this work, rather than focus
on individual users.
‍
We do not intend to use these anonymous statistics for marketing.
Where information can still identify someone, we will treat it as personal information
and apply the relevant legal protections.
‍
Service updates and marketing
We may use contact details and records of consent to send service information or

deserves careful protection.
Daizee aims to use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to
