Girls are starting their periods earlier and earlier so we created Daizee as we wanted to reduce the outside noise surrounding the journey to womanhood. Building healthy habits and understanding your body from the very beginning with age appropriate support and advice to grow safely and supported without fear or stigma.
Every girl deserves to understand what's happening in her body — no vague answers, no"that's just how it is." We replace uncertainty with real, accessible information.
This isn't guesswork or theory — it's built from a mum's lived experience raising two daughters through two very different journeys, and from listening to the gaps other families face too.
Knowing facts isn't the end goal — feeling confident, capable, and in control of your own body is. Every feature and piece of guidance should build a girl's trust in herself.
No girl - or mum - should have to figure this out alone. We aim to be the guidance andcommunity that wasn't there when we needed it.
Opening clear lines of communication between you and your child. Allowing your child to instigate the topic and grow together as you explore and discuss
Whether she's 9 or 19, every body and every journey is different. We meet girls at their actual stage, not a one-size-fits-all age bracket.
Tracking a cycle is only half the picture. We connect the dots between nutrition, movement, and wellbeing — not just symptoms and dates.
Periods, pain, and puberty are normal — not something to hide, apologize for, or push through in silence. We create space for girls to ask questions without embarrassment.
